Scheduling Auto Body Repair

Scheduling auto body repair at Nu Way Car Center is pretty easy. Customers are either self-pay or have filed an insurance claim for repairs. Scheduling and drop off for repairs, in either situation are rather similar. Since customers have busy lives we strive to make the auto body repair process stress free. And to make it even easier, rental car companies will pick you up here. In addition we keep you informed throughout the repair process via phone,text or email.

SELF PAY

  1. You have accepted our estimate for repairs
  2. Drop off  your vehicle and sign our repair authorization
  3. Parts are ordered and repairs begin. We will contact you if any additional parts or repairs are needed
  4. Customers receive updates throughout the repair process
  5. You will be notified when your vehicle is complete and ready for pick up
  6. Payments for repairs are made when your vehicle is picked up

INSURANCE PAY

  1. Customers drop off their vehicle and the insurance estimate. The estimate will have a claim number and insurance contact information. We will handle any supplements or issues that may occur after repairs have started. You will not need to call the insurance company. We will handle everything for you.
  2.  Our repair authorization is signed
  3.  Insurance checks received for repairs can be endorsed over to us. You don’t need to deposit checks into your account. A check may also have a lien holder as a payee. In this situation the check must be endorsed by you and your lien holder. Provide your account number and lien holder’s contact information and we will send the check to them.
  4. Parts are ordered and repairs begin.
  5. Customers receive updates throughout the repair process
  6. You will be notified when your vehicle is complete and ready for pick up
